Vivian L. Holley is a family law attorney, mediator, and collaborative attorney. She is a State Bar Certified Family Law Specialist and a licensed Marriage and Child Therapist. She has counseled families since 1971, and mediated with over 1000 disputes involving couples, families, businesses, real property and community groups. She has had her own private law and mediation practice since 1978 and has trained other mediators and served on the board of several groups, including serving as President of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists for 2000.

A Certified Family Law Specialist is certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California, has passed a written examination, has substantial experience in the field of Family Law; and has been favorably evaluated by judges and other attorneys regarding knowledge, ability and experience in the practice of Family Law.
